Within ONE year after receiving our machines, Under right operation and non-artificial reasons, If there are any damaged parts or accessories, We will replace them by air-mail or Express immediately FREE OF CHARGE.

After ONE year warranty, Spare parts and damaged parts will be charged at cost price.

3. What's the payment terms?

A: 30% initial payment when place your order, 70% balance payment before shipment. 100% L/C at sight is also acceptable.

4. About machine's Transportation & documents?

A: Pls advise us the nearest port of your city in order to check the latest sea freight for you at first. Fast and security shipping company will be chose by our Delivery Department for customers (if we signed contract under CIF term). Even All risks Insurance will be covered during the whole transportation.

5. How to operate and maintain the paper machine?

A: (1)We will provide a professional and detailed USER GUIDE to you with the machine;

(2)We also provide abroad technical training service.
